I moved my business accounts from another institution TO Lone Star Capital Bank. Many reasons but basically, you get what you pay for. As an owner, to have a relationship banker that will bring me documents, make introductions to resources, answer questions and stays on top of security issues with my accounts. It is work the small fees LSCB charges. I am looking for the small town customer service with the big bank resources. This is the place. Lone Star Capital Bank acquired BBT and dumped ALL FIVE YEARS of my data. You can't see check images, deposit slips, or any transactions from before July 12 2020. And their "current statements" stop in Feb and start up again in July but there are no individual transactions on the July statement. WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD BANKING. And they don't even seem to care that they have not performed any due diligence nor their duty to care for this data. Looking to do a formal complaint next.
My business has banked with BBT since they opened. The service is top notch and the staff is wonderful. I'm extremely satisfied with all they have done for me.
