This company is getting worse and worse by the Day. The technology hasn't improved since 2011 when I first joined their reseller program. On top of that the customer service is set up for You to Fail. Since I've had an issue with my account they have refused to answer my calls and no one has tried to call me back. I have one customer service rep telling me he can help while another is telling me she can't. Once I expressed my dissatisfaction instead of being helpful they became more closed off. Since it was bought by Think3 the service is poor, they don't update anything and they don't respond to Support

What has happened to this company since the acquisition? I've done business with them as a reseller for over 7 years. They had such a great product and support was instant. I've been trying to merge my accounts and can't get anyone to help and they just started billing me incorrectly without an agreement. Is anyone there to help? -Apps transferred between accounts and half the amount credited. Will update to 5 when made whole

starting off it was AMAZING! then all they started was punishing their resellers who I design apps for. I can't believe every quarter they remove features and add on fees. constantly. and now their latest trick was to charge as many people $500 per app submitted then sell off the company ripping a lot of people off due to the fact that they paid good money to be published to the Apple Store.. just to be told you have to pay double monthly or delete your account. that is awful how this company with all of the bugs in its plat... read more
