Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst experiences I have ever had with an accounting firm. The communication was consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of providing peace of mind, they created unnecessary stress. After they handled my tax matters, I continued receiving letters from both the IRS and the California Franchise Tax Board stating that information was missing or required additional attention. Very disappointed at the quality of service. Met with them in late 2025, I submitted all my paperwork in early February, would not answer calls, would not return emails, apparently there was a medical emergency, but other associates would not return calls. Receptionist was at the premises daily and failed to relay information. April came with an approaching tax deadline.
