We have worked with Rob at Bushwick twice now and we refer him to everyone. It was a tough listing because there were no comps but lots of awareness and negotiations were nuanced. They were professional, rational, and kept our primary goals at the forefront of the conversation leading to a sale within 2 weeks. We'll use them again for the next one!
