Gross establishment. Not only were we not greeted, it took several minutes to be acknowledged and have our order taken. This place is filthy and HOT. No clean tables, no hand soap in bathrooms, urine in toilets. The owner clearly doesn't not care about the appearance of this place. Outdated and dirty.
Very friendly and polite staff. Food is always hot and fresh. Staff is also very accommodating.
Always out of Mac & cheese. It can be 4 pm and they still won’t have any. Has happened at least 4 times.
I stopped by Bush’s Chicken for lunch and ordered two tender rolls and an 8-piece gizzard meal. The food itself was hot and fresh, so no complaints there—that part was definitely on point. However, the experience overall was frustrating. I asked to substitute the gravy, but instead ended up being charged and given double gravy, which wasn’t what I requested.
