The food service industry has had its challenges in recent years. My husband and I visited the location on FM 3009 in Schertz. I requested a menu item that was going to take sometime to prepare. Axel went over and beyond to offer me an alternative menu item. He was professional and had a strong customer service spirit which I find is rare. He made our quick dinner pleasant and he concluded by saying he hoped we would return soon. Wonderful experience for sure. Thank you Axel for your leadership.
