Dr. Osmani is GREAT, but her STAFF SUCKS !!! Her nurse doesn't return phone calls I called everyday for 4 days, until arriving in person to attempt to resolve an insurance issue (pharmacy required prior authorization for me to get medication and Osmani's office was using the wrong insurance policy). My insurance company reached out to Dr. Osmani's office, I reached out and finally started calling every day until showing up in person to try and resolve the problem.
