Very professional and good furniture and delivery on time
had a very disappointing experience at Bushey’s Furniture in Plattsburgh. I was denied entry because I was accompanied by my service dog, which is protected under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).👈 the employee or the owner was dismissive and showed little concern, This reflects a lack of training and awareness of disability rights. Service animals are not pets and are legally permitted in public businesses. The report is done to ADA department.
