The building is beautiful. The other tenants are great. Amenities are great like the outdoor balcony, office space, games room, lounge spaces and gym. I would only strongly recommend that they get a concierge for their concierge station. It would really add to a feeling of security and prevent deliveries from being stolen. Tony Kong, the leasing manager is Aaamazing!
