office staff is incompetent and rude. New orthodontist comes in without any introduction. I dont even know who you are, I'm not about to let you play in my mouth. Sat there for two hours without anyone explaining why there is a need for new patient forms. The patient has been a patient for a whole year. Come to find out that the patient has to have a re evaluation because there's a new doctor. As I said, they brought in a new oethodontist without notifying the patients.
