He charged us $35 just to take the saw apart. To tell us he couldn't fix it and gave it back to us in parts. He was very rude when my boyfriend tried talking to him about the fact that he was paying for him to just take it apart and he wanted to charge him more to put it back together.
Great customer service. They stand behind their products and service them there.
