Best Neuro I have dealt with. Once I found her, I stuck around and I don’t plan on switching EVER. There will be difficulties anywhere you go when dealing with hospital systems and insurance, but that is aside from the doctor herself. Dr. Sengul is super educated, she includes you in looking at imaging and explains the science behind your symptoms and treatments, which I appreciate. She is friendly and down to earth. This rating is for the office staff at Cleveland clinic location not the doctor. patients with multiple sclerosis on walkers and crutches stand in line for up to 20 minutes to check in, instead of signing a writing pad and being called to the desk one at a time. some staff are disrespectful and rude. the doctor is absolutely wonderful. but it is not worth the painful staff interaction. they do not schedule on a Friday intentionally and the doctor says she works all days until 4pm. staff are probably trying to get their weeke... read more
I cannot recommend Dr. Sengul enough! She has been incredible at managing my condition while providing her knowledge and expertise. Dr. Sengul communicates information in a way that is easy for patients to understand. She has a wonderful bedside manner, she is empathetic, patient, and truly listens to her patients. If you’re looking for a neurologist who combines exceptional medical knowledge with compassionate care, Dr. Sengul is the one!
Dr. Sengul has a friendly, professional, knowledgeable patient caring attitude. She made me feel very comfortable, which was a high expectation I had, after being treated by another amazing neurologist for the past 7 years. She is very knowledgeable about my rare Autoimmune disease, which immediately put me at ease. Her manner of caring for her patients is excellent, and I am thrilled to have her as my new neurologist.
Save yourself the headache and do not come here!! my 82-year-old father came to his appointment after months of waiting to be seen and was denied service for being 15 minutes late. They have a 20-minute grace period!! Mind you, we drove from Homestead!! Horrible customer service and total disregard for patient care. DO NOT COME HERE!!
