I?ve never provided public feedback before, but I feel obligated to compliment this company. They did honest work in delivering a quality patio cover with real customer service. From the knowledge and accessibility of their salesman to the last installer driving gutter screws, they were professional, communicative, courteous and eager to make sure I was happy. They were not the cheapest, but I have no regret?s because the process and final product exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone.
I can't speak highly enough about, not only the service I received from Buschurs Home Improvement Center, but ultimately, the end product. First, Jody Johnson was very informative about the product. What I liked the most was that he was straight-forward and matter-of-fact about options. Secondly, Jake and Roger along with their team were so courteous to my family and my house. Great quality and nice people to work with.
We had to wait several months to get our sunroom built, but once they started, they were clean and professional. Couldn't ask for better service. And they kept to the original quoted price. I would recommend highly.
We love our new living room window! Our house was built in 1960 and the original window needed to be replaced. We made an appointment with Dave Paxton to come to our home and provide us a written estimate. He walked us through the different options and answered all of our questions. Starting with Dave Buschur and everyone involved in this project, they were very easy and professional to work with!! Buschurs removed an old screened-in patio and replaced it with a beautiful new three Season room. This required them to demolish the old room and remove the old concrete and replace it with new concrete. We also had additional concrete work done with the addition of a nice patio.
