I have been a long time patient of Dr. Buscher. He is very knowledgeable and personal, I feel like he really takes the time to understand my problems. It is great to have a doctor I feel that I can trust to fix the root of the problem, instead the generic advice that I have received from other doctors.
I called for help and found David's receptionist (Jamie) to be extremely unprofessional and rude. I can't believe someone like this is working in his office and allowed to deal with patients. I waited for about a week from the time of my initial request for her and the nurse to get back with me regarding a very basic request. After several attempts to obtain follow up I finally called and Jamie was extremely rude again and hung up on me. Very poor people skills and patient relations from staff
