My technician’s name was Brandon and he was excellent. Brandon is quite knowledgeable and explained all the issues involved in the repair of my heat pump and and explained options available as far as repair vs replacement . Busch Heating & Cooling is a very reliable company. They were the ones that installed my heat pumps years ago. I’ve always had excellent service from them and I highly recommend them . You can’t go wrong using this company for your next repair or purchase. A+++++++

Everything from the response time to the repair exceeded my expectations. The technician, Brandon, was very knowledgeable and reviewed all the repairs in detail.
There’s never a good time to lose a hot water heater, but Busch Heating and Cooling were able to replace mine very quickly. Brandon was very professional, did a great job and left a clean install. Very happy with their work!
