I was looking for an item that I bought here at this particular Costco none of the employees was able to help and member services was not much help when I ask unless I gave them the item number the I described the item and the supervisor had no idea why I was talking about with a brushing attitude. Where is the customer service skills I gave them a one because there is no zero.
