Busboom is TERRIBLE. I should have read the reviews before I decided to do business with them. Management is dismissive, condescending and disrespectful. They have a bunch of arbitrary fees they are constantly trying to charge resident. They literally told resident not to come to the office and use their text line. They want absolutely no interaction with residents. There’s even a sign for new people to take self guided tours of homes because they only see residents as money and not real people.
