Bad Experience. I did not believe People when they complained about Busamed Poor Service. I personally experienced the same maybe worst Frustration after my Daughter was Discharged without prescription. She was from the Hospital yet still very Sick. I am convinced that Busamed Harrismith is just concerned about Patients Medical Aid Claims and care less about their well being.
No stars for BUSAMED Hillcrest. (I was forced to tick one, but it's not deserved) Staff are mostly untrained and have a careless attitude. Food is shocking and not geared to patient specialist needs. My wife had to lie with an unclean colostomy for hours and we now need to take food to her as the food supplied is unsuitable for a cancer patient with a colostomy. The surgeon is however amazing as is the oncologist, but that's not the hospital. The management's attention to detail is non-existent: no name above beds of patient... read more
