I had to wait for 1hour to get a 3 minute consultation and when we asked the reception Lisa for how long we have to wait, she rolled her eyes at us and was very rude. She mentioned it’s normal to wait for 2 hours generally for a GP, if we are not happy , we can go to other medical centre. What a bad customer service! No empathy, no patience, very rude. Certainly will not recommend this practice to anyone !
