Throughout our tenancy through Burwood (B&M) Partners, we have had a great and very pleasant experience with the team from start to finish. Melody was extremely friendly to deal with when we began and ended our lease, and David was accommodating to our different needs. This agency was a nightmare from the very beginning. I moved in and the bathroom sink where I shower was completely clogged. I contacted them on day one and they simply didn’t care. No urgency, no plumber — nothing. I had just moved in and was already fixing things myself. That was a huge red flag — and it only got worse when we moved out. Over the course of my eight-year dealings with this real estate office, I found them to be inexperienced and indifferent. I had been sending them emails for more than eight years regarding issues in the house, but none of them were ever answered. HORRIBLE. DO NOT USE. I haven't even got my keys yet and they are absolutely horrible. No communication from reception to agents and they don't know anything either, wrong contact details given in approval email, filled out bond loan forms incorrectly and no response to calls made by renstart team to rectify their errors so I could have my bond loan approved and have it lodged in a timely manner to move in on the 16/5.
