Lady doing my ultrasound left me lying in about a tube of ultrasound glue told me to clean myself up and walked out and left me with 3 half-used dry sheets from the procedure which were grossly insufficient. Didn't offer any materials to clean myself with, they only had surface cleaning antibacterial wipes which I made use of anyway, when I pointed it out she tried to tell me you can't use them because of the alcohol. completely unprofessional and careless "doctors"
The staff were so nice as well as the sonographers! Highly recommend this place!!!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I attended this morning with my daughter for a dental scan and the experience was appalling from start to finish. When I arrived, there were at least four staff members behind the reception desk, yet no one acknowledged my presence. When I eventually approached a receptionist, she asked me to wait, which was fine. She then asked what the appointment was for, and I explained my daughter needed a dental scan. I have had good experiences and negative experiences here. The gentleman performing the ultrasounds is excellent, reception staff are polite and friendly and ordinarily I would give a 4-5 stars for this. But today I went for a CT scan and one of the nurses was pretty rude (even rolled her eyes when I expressed I was nervous about having a contrast injection). When the contact was injected it was overpowering (and I'd had contrast before) but this injection flooded my body and seemed like an overwhelmingly amount of dye that ... read more
