Above and Beyond Thank you so much to Alicia Duvall for her amazing help. We needed to book four last-minute CT scans for my 92-year-old mum and were stressed about managing multiple appointments. Alicia took care of everything, ensuring all the bookings were synchronized for one single visit, which was a lifesaver. Her professionalism and kindness during a very anxious time were a true gift. It’s reassuring to know there are people like Alicia who provide such wonderful, caring service. We can't thank her enough!
Unsupervised student radiographer had to take my OPG 4 times because he kept making mistakes. Why is his preceptor/supervising radiographer not around to help? I’ve had a CTsand 3 X-rays done this year and now ontop of that he’s exposing me to radiation equivalent to a 16 hour flight
Excellent medical imaging facility. The ladies at reception are professional and efficient. The medical staff are friendly and efficient also, its a busy clinic. They are open on Saturday mornings if you can’t get there during the week. Suggest calling ahead and making an appointment if you go there on a Saturday. I didn’t, but they still managed to fit me in. Lots of public transport options nearby
