Went here today for a ultrasound I don’t really like anything medical but was looked after a lovely sonographer by the name of Angela who made me feel very comfortable and at ease Highly recommend 5 stars thank you
Super professional and friendly. Very busy but very little wait time for my appointment. I have great confidence in the scans performed and the accuracy of my report. Will definitely return to this particular center for all my future medical imaging needs.
I attended Synergy Radiology Burwood (formerly Burwood Medical Imaging, I think) after my GP marked my X-rays and ultrasounds as urgent. I went in fully prepared for the classic “please take a seat” experience and a long wait... but instead I barely had time to warm the chair before being called in for the X-ray. Short wait friendly staff and ultra sound technician very thorough
If i could id rate absolutely NO stars. I was on hold for almost an hour, once i got through it hung up. Once i got through the second time i had to repeat why i was getting an ultrasound multiple times as this was a sensitive subject i was made to repeat to 2 different people, i explained i needed to have a urgent scan and all i got was questioned & under estimated. I got told things like “it needs to say what happened to you” “you need a new referral for that” even though i had no even used my current referral - they didnt... read more
