Waited HOURS to get our blood tested just to be told the person wasn’t here. We came around 1pm and told the front desk we’re getting a blood test. They told us to wait an hour to see a doctor, seen a doctor after an hour or so, gotten a paper and waited just to be told no one was here. They have too many patients. Dr Guo is the one who seeing me. She try to be efficient. But the eye contact make me feel uncomfortable that she make me feel we are idiot to ask the questions. But that's is also the reason why we need doctor right? However last time we saw her she is kind. So I think it might because she is treating too many patients that day....
What’s the point of appointment if you still have to wait for quite a long time??!!
