Really pissed off by the waiting system. Always over time, and the waiting time advised its incorrect, even waited over 60mins for a booked time. It is ridiculous. What's the point having appointments. Should be managed much better than this. Everyone's time is precious. Also the receptionists did not have searving skill at all. I asked further questions to Receptionist A who had been serving me. Not sure if she doesn't know or reply not quick enough. Never on time. You make an appointment. This medical center always make your waiting time more than an hour.
The booking system of works if you came late. Came here a lot of times still don’t understand their booking system. You booked a time when you arrive you still need to wait for a hour. What’s the point of booking? When you book and you came late about 10min they will tell you two more ppl in front of you where you saw 4 patients came out while you wait. And tell you it’s your fault for being late and because you have a booking. The booking system only works if you’re late.
