Dr Charles is straightforward, gentle, forgiving, honest. You know issues are addressed, and you leave clear about what to work on and what to watch for in your dental health. He has this amazing ability to point out ways that you can improve in taking care of gums/teeth without the burden of guilt. That's empowerment. I will refrain from posting photos of my X-rays or actual teeth!😬
