Very Disappointing Experience I had my pedicure done at Fresh Nail yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I believe I may have been the last customer of the day, but if I had known the service would be rushed and incomplete, I would have preferred to leave and come back another day. The old shellac was removed, my nails were hurriedly cut, and my skin was accidentally cut twice during the process. There was no soaking, cleaning, scrubbing, or proper pedicure treatment. I’ve been coming here for my nails for a while now, and I always have a great experience. Emma is so friendly, gentle, and pays attention to every little detail. She always makes sure my nails look beautiful, and I never feel rushed. I always leave happy with my nails. Highly recommend if you’re looking for quality work and a relaxing experience. 💕
Staff were nice and the place was clean. Nails were shit. I tried gel x for the first time and broke the next day of getting it done and maybe three more broke after that. When I went to an at home nail salon I didnt wanna do gelx again but the lady said that they were using weak and probably cheap stuff, which probably is true because the gelx from this lady has lasted 2+ weeks compared to Fresh Nails’s which last less than 48hrs. My daughter and I had our nails buffed and shellacked yesterday - what an amazing job. We were both saying this morning how pleased we are with the outcome. It's affordable and the result is perfect.
