Very Disappointing Experience I had my pedicure done at Fresh Nail yesterday, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. I believe I may have been the last customer of the day, but if I had known the service would be rushed and incomplete, I would have preferred to leave and come back another day. The old shellac was removed, my nails were hurriedly cut, and my skin was accidentally cut twice during the process. There was no soaking, cleaning, scrubbing, or proper pedicure treatment.
