前台的女士礼貌且专业，在得知我第一次看GP后，会教我如何看报销材料。Dr Shi同样专业而耐心，指导我后续看病流程。非常棒的一次就诊体验，但也希望再也不看病了哈哈哈。支持普通话广东话英文，周六尽量在11点前挂上号，周日休息。

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Burwood Medical Centre has been consistently excellent. The reception team is efficient and respectful, and the doctors I’ve seen have been thorough, calm, and genuinely attentive. Terrence is an amazing physio! He’s very familiar with ACL reconstruction rehab and helped me understand exactly what was happening with my knee. With his professional treatment and training plan, my knee feels so much better now. He’s patient, detailed, and genuinely cares about his clients. I really trust him and highly recommend him!
