My grandson was referred to Dr Serb to have a procedure to begin pulling one of his eye teeth down to attach to his braces. I found Joy very helpful during our first conversation, and Dr Peter Serb was marvellous on the day of the appointment, being very gentle, explaining everything he was going to do, and telling my grandson to let him know if he needed a break at any time. Highly recommend them.

The most herbal receptionist ever I went there on 11 of Jun 2024 without mask Unforgivable mistake. I’m not sure how the dr will see my mouth with the mask They charge $350 just for consultations and the cannot afford to buy 100 of masks for $4 the most important the attitude of the recipients very very very bad we paying money you don’t do anything for free

Booked for an appointment for my brother in law and he turned away due to not having a mask. They didn’t mention any mask requirement (we are in Feb 2024 not in the peak of COVID) when booked for when I called up to confirm appointment. When I called to ask why I wasn’t told and was told that it’s my word against theirs. Great customer service response. Like the other reviews be prepared not to have any service. Apparently she’s the wife of the specialist so if you want to go this place you have to put up with her.
