This review is directed at the proprietor of Renal Consulting Services (Advara Heartcare?), and for the benefit of prospective patients. The quoted fee for a first consultation is $495—the highest I’ve ever encountered for a specialist appointment. A+++ Dr Vincent Khoury was great and so was all his staff. Understanding, courteous, great timing and respectful (very professional). Highly recommended to all
Shockingly rude. As I called to make a booking to see Dr Mark Herman, the receptionist places me on hold in which I understand they may be busy. After 14 mins on hold I thought to call back to see what had happened, and to ask a quick availability question before they put me back on hold, I was rudely asked "what do you want, who are you calling for"? then "who do you want to see"? I was stunned and said no thanks. I'll be going back to my GP for another referal
I think this practice is excellent. I am pleased to be a patient of Dr Vincent Khoury he's a good Cardiologist.
