It is a nasty environment. Very disorganized, and more about image than properly running a business.If you are in a lower level position, you are expected to clean up the messes the higher departments create. Which are many.They expect you to work yourself sick, and rarely give back. There is plenty of verbal abuse and intimidation tactics from a few of the higher level staff.
