Had to make the dreaded emergency plumbing call today. To my amazement, Jeremy picked up on the second ring and was there in less than a half an hour. Got us fixed right up. Very pleasant and professional. Will be giving him more work in the future. Five stars!
Had a water line sheer of at a fitting. Jeremy came out after hours and did an amazing job fixing the issue. I won't hesitate to call Burtzo Mechanical again.
