By far the best service and auto care experience in Honolulu yet. This is old school, full service, local style hospitality at reasonable prices! My rear driver’s side brake light went out so I went to O’Reilly and they recommended I take it to Burts to get it changed out. I was at Burts just before 8am and had my light changed and done by 8:10 and they only charged me $5!!!! I’m doing ALL my car care and maintenance with them as much as I can from now on!
It was the weekend and I was really panicking because all the tire shops were closed. This was the only place open, and they fixed my flat tire right away. Everyone was very kind and helpful. Thank you so much!
My favorite full service gas station on Oahu also bought my mother's Ford escape in to have them change the anti-freeze coolant resivor cap since the bottom of the cap was stuck inside, since I had bought a new cap they removed & changed it with no charge, now that is what i call local living he deserves a tip and he got it wtg burts
