I appreciate that you offer live music during the happy hour. The sound system and stage is tops for the performances.

When I was able to legally drink went there had a blast just bartenders can be rude as hell!!

The wait staff implements predatory tactics like trying to overcharge patrons they perceive as drunk. When I brought this to the waitress' attention and asked to speak to the manager, the waitress instead spent 15 minutes trying to rectify her mistake. Only when I personally found the person that claimed to be the manager that the situation was resolved. I was one of the faithful, but I won't be returning to the flock.
Every time I've been to any event Burts has the crowd is smaller then a line at a McDonald's. No promo? The "Promo" (flyers) they do have is either wrong or just bad. Adding that the line ups and sound is terrible. It's like they have no idea what too do for an event. Needs help. Hopefully they will listen and make changes.
Stopped by Friday night. Celebrating my husband's birthday. Monica was great and Frank was an awesome manager. Understand that they are still transitioning from their old location but really love the new space. Will be back. Look forward to them having food and fun bar drink menu.
