I could have been a new customer today. My buddy would have also been a new customer. BUT, Burt showed no interest in helping me. I asked him about old receiver repair. Took me over thirty years to finally find this man. I'll never let anyone else touch my car again. Enthusiastic and full of joy. Knowledgeable and he stays current. Now I know what high fidelity means. And Burt's objective is to get you as close to it as today's technology will let him.

Burt is an old school guy that knows how to achieve quality sound. He installed the ilx-207 in my car and the difference from when I brought it in is unmeasurable. I highly recommend him to any and everyone that wants to upgrade their sound systems. This guy knows his stuff!

So knowledgeable and a straight shooter. Delighted with the turntable we bought and he was kind enough to adjust the tone arm for us so it sounds perfect. When you go, plan to embrace the Burt's Electronics experience. Leave an hour or so to learn about audio and listen to stuff. It's not an in and out rushing situation.
We recently bought our turntable and pre-amp from Burt, and he really took the time to explain everything and even set it up for us before we left. We’ve already recommended his shop to multiple people.
