Great! They came over on Sunday, December 27th in a time of dire need (malfunctioning toilets). The service man was great, very professional and considerate. They helped turn what could have been a terrible holiday back to the good. Highly recommended.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional service from Burton Plumbing and Heating. I have hot water heating and whenever I have had a problem and had no heat, they have made it a priority to get my heat back on. Burton's was fantastic. Had an issue with our hot water heater and they came out the next morning and took care of the problem. Repairman explained everything, and the price was reasonable. Will definitely call them if we need any other service.

BURTON PLUMBING WAS VERY FAIR AND KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE DRAIN BACK UP THAT I HAD IN MY BASEMENT. UPON INVESTIGATION, TECHNICIAN JAMES DISCOVERED THAT THE OUTSIDE DRAIN PIPE LEADING TO THE MAIN CITY DRAIN WAS BLOCKED BY TREE ROOTS. TECHNICIAN JAMES WAS VERY POLITE AND KNEW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. HE ALSO TOOK TIME TO EXPLAIN IN DETAIL ABOUT THE SNAKING PROCESS AND OUR ROOT PROBLEM. VERY PROFESSIONAL After trying to have a drain line snaked we found that the kitchen sink line was broken below the floor. Chris gave me a very detailed bid that I was able to submit to my insurance company. Curtis Burton called my agent a number of times to keep them informed and helped out tremendously in getting the insurance to cover the claim. My home in Livonia Mi was effected by the recent floods. We ended up with about 6 inches of water in the basement and our water heater was under water. We called Burton's Plumbing and Tom Burton came out. Tom went through the water heater completely and restored service. The performance that I would like to commend is that our cleanup resulted in dozens of bags of debris in the basement. Each time Tom came up the stairs he brought up an additional bag. I was very disappointed by this plumber. I needed a shower head and handle installed in an existing shower. He was here for approximately 45 minutes and didn't give me an estimate before he started working. If he had, I would have laughed him right out of my house with the $400 he charged! I have called several other plumbers who said they charge between $150-$200 for the same work. I have called and left several messages...no returned calls!! I also requested estimates for other work.
