First and foremost it is incomprehensible that during a pandemic your manager condones maskless and gloveless employees in the kitchen preparing food... and to add insult to injury WATCHED as a line employee ATE food on the line🤮. Food quality was fair for the entrees, at best, but the dry chocolate cake served drowning in a sickening sweet raspberry sauce (perhaps to compensate for a stale product) was as they say, the fitting end to a bad dining experience. Great Service...Very Friendly.....
We have never had a bad meal at Burtons. I had the short ribs which melted in your mouth and my hubby had the filet which was cooked perfectly. Espresso martini was delicious. We took the key lime pie to go and enjoyed it at home.so good! The booths were separated by plexiglass which made us feel very comfortable. Great job all around!
My wife and I chose Burton's for our anniversary meal this year, and our experience was very pleasurable. The wait staff, especially Brook, was very professional, accommodating, and eager to please. The menu was adequate, the food was delicious and prepared as ordered, and the cocktails were very tasty.
Always warm welcome and amazing service🥰❤️ Love it!
