Fixed my broken dishwasher. Really nice people, great customer service, and fast repair. I hope my other appliances don’t break, but if they do I will definitely hire them again.
I would recommend Burton's Appliance for their efficient and honest work ethic. They explained the cost of the estimate after I informed them of the problem with a Samsung Washing Machine. The appointment was made, notified when they were on their way within the scheduled time and charged me a very fair price for the repair work performed. I would definitely use the again. Considering this rental property and I was not present during the process, reliability is important! Thanks Good Job!
Im very happy to find this appliance service. Sarah went above and beyond to help on the phone with a dishwasher problem in my rental unit before scheduling a service call. When it became clear a service call was required to replace a broken part it was quickly scheduled. Since I wasnt on site, Brandon called to let me know what was involved before proceeding. I really appreciate this exceptional level of assistance and communication.
