Brandon the washer/dryer serviceman is top notch. Went out of his way to stop by before scheduled appt to fix dryer. Real cool guy too. Worldly and smart.
I had a great experience with two visits from Brandon at Burton's. I originally called when our dishwasher stopped working. We also had a few other appliances that needed some TLC. He addressed four appliances in two visits, so now our dishwasher is back to life, our 22 y.o. washer and dryer have a little more life in them, and the fridge coils are cleaned out. I'm very happy with the service and care that Brandon gave my appliances and my home. I'll definitely call Burton's again should the need arise.
Fast, friendly, competent. Price was reasonable and got us up and running again. Had the necessary replacement part on the truck. What more could you ask for? (Competition never even returned my query.)
