Best experience I have ever had as a renter! Ashten the manager is tough but fair, and she is doing right! I pay a little more here than at my old apartment in Sulphur Springs. However I see why. She has kept these apartments so clean and safe! Everything works properly just as it should. Maintenance request are taken seriously and addressed asap. I appreciate that so much. The on sight manager is really great at taking care of maintenance requests. She is a pleasure to work with.
Renters beware!!! HORRIBLE manager!!! Things DO NOT get fixed in a timely manner or at all!! She will lie and keep your deposit! The apartment I rented was filthy upon move in and VERY clean upon move out!! Paint was a mismatch color spotted "touch up" upon move in & she kept the deposit for cleaning and paint. She has zero management skills. Communication is terrible and forget about trying to reach the owners or anyone above her because she has to forward any messages on and those messages are more than likely not passed o... read more
