This review is about the store itself, not about the Burton product. I went in looking for advice on new gear I was planning to buy online. She was very helpful in the store and told me that me she could order them to be sent to the store so I didn't have to do it online and would give me a call when they came in. After not hearing back from her, I called again, and she says they never came in, my guess is she didn't even bother placing the order. After being on hold with burton rider services for 20 minutes and being disconnected, I called the San Francisco Flagship Store and my problem was immediately resolved. Cannot thank your staff enough for their incredible customer service. Thank you so much!
