Bsm was the original installer of our furnace. Today the furnace quit working. It's - 5 outside. CalIed for service and the first thing they said was they wouldn't come unless the driveway was plowed. They didn't ask the condition of the drive, just demanded that. They also said that they couldn't come out till Wednesday, 4 days later. We have no heat. I knew the original owner and it was never that way before. I won't ever call them again.
