Renters beware! I am currently a tenant in one of their complexes and have been since August 2022, and for the past few months we have had nothing but issues both within the apartment, and with the property manager, Kim. Our air filter hadn’t been changed in at least a year, there was excessive mold in and around the ceiling vents throughout the apartment, along with a horrible phorid fly infestation.
