Tad came out a week ago to check the basement leak. In under 90 seconds, he found the pipe and leaking spots—and he came out on a Sunday night 👍! He returned the next day and changed out the outside pipes and the water filtration tank. The guy is a real problem solver for Peoria!!!! 🙏He is very reasonable and honest. Awesome pipe/plumbing manners. His plumbing business is homegrown and we are proud of him. He is the best option.
He came right out in an emergency situation with my water heater, fixed it within hours of my call and was very honest. He will be the only plumber I use for now on.
THAD BURTON. You are an awesome human being and a 5 star plumber. He walked in my kitchen, immediately unclogged my garbage disposal in under 1 min or 2 (most). He was so honest with us and said “ we didn’t need a new one”. And also left us with a tool to unclog the garbage disposal in the future. This was the second time we called him for plumbing. He did not charge us a penny!!!!!! Kudos to his mama, she raised him right! USE HIS SERVICE 5 + stars and more
Don't call this guy in an emergency, he's very picky about where he works. If he doesn't like it he'll just hang up on you. CAUTION DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!
