I bought a 97 Toyota truck for my 16 yr old. They not only did an exceptional repair to the damaged bed side but also made the truck look like it was brand new & they also fixed all things needed to make it safe! I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for paint, body & mechanical repair to Thier vehicle.
We took our vehicles there after the hail damage, they did an amazing job! Our car looks brand new. You would never be able to tell it was in the middle of a hail storm. Great job Burton's!
Love these folks Excellent work, fair, and just nice USAA likes them and that's good enough for me I drove 20 miles to get them to work on a problem and will do it again should a need arise
The communication at this shop is atrocious. I had to call daily for over a week to get any kind of update from them and almost every time the information was false or incomplete. Four times I was told that someone would call me and only once did I receive a call, although that call involved a promise of a future call that never occurred. The body work itself seems fine, no complaints there. I will never use Burtons Paint and Body again as I feel that my time was of no concern to them.
