I worked with Terry and I must say the customer service was some of the best I have ever gotten. He took care of replacing my door, installing it in my home, helped me with another door handle situation that I was about to pay $250 for and emailed the company to find out, it was under warranty and shipped the replacement parts to me directly. They go above and beyond for their customers and I highly recommend working with them especially Terry!!
Last 2 times I ended up getting different material than I ordered and didn't realize til I got to job site 3 hours away. I would go to Dixie Lumber they have never messed up an order and friendlier
