Burton Health Care & Rehabilitation Center provides a number of services including skilled nursing care, short term therapy, occupational therapy, and more. We can provide post surgical care for many orthopedic procedures such as hip/knee replacements, rotator cuff surgeries and fractures. In addition to general orthopedic care we also provided extended medical care, wound care, and cardio/pulmonary rehabilitation. Our goal is to return patients to their normal living environment as soon as possible.
