Over the past 20 years, I have consulted with Laura for sleep, diet and energy levels, which have always resulted in improved health and a "happier me"! I would recommend Laura to anyone looking for an excellent Naturopathic practitioner.
Laura is a caring, passionate practitioner with a very balanced yet realistic approach. I really enjoy her personalised treatments incorporating naturopathy with achievable lifestyle and mindset changes. I've been seeing her since 2017 for allergy issues, stress/anxiety and hormonal imbalances. She has always been so supportive of my general well-being in a very holistic integrative manner.
I have seen Laura for both myself and my daughters and always walk away feeling relieved, uplifted and on the right track to achieving a better version of "ME" - I have seen drastic results in my daughter, Wendy and honestly I was so happy with how quickly the results were achieved (literally life changing). Laura always makes you feel welcome and comfortable and I would honestly recommend her to anyone! Bek & Family :-)
Highly experienced professional practitioner. Laura is quite realistic in her approach and is great with gut and allergy issues! She even got my hubby sleeping better which I thought was impossible! Her tea blends are definitely worth purchasing too!
