DO NOT MOVE HERR! Literally the worst place to live. The reviews you see that are good a few months ago are from the previous management company. The new one is absolutely horrible to deal with. They are causing a lot of us to move because of the headaches they are causing. They don't keep lease agreements and spike rent without paperwork. We're in the process of filing a class action lawsuit and a complaint to the attorney general against them because this is illegal landlord practice.
