I have an excellent experience here! The entire staff are friendly, professional, and made me feel completely comfortable everytime. The Dr. is amazing very gentle, thorough, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. The office is super clean and welcoming, and they truly care about their patients. I’m so glad I found this dentist and definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality care and great service! You can tell they care! Highly recommended!
Outstanding Dental Services. Dr. Shaw is excellent as is his staff. Everyone involved is polite and highly professional. Appointments are “On Time.” ….Dr. Shaw thoroughly explained the the dental work I needed. After Jennifer took my x-ray, she posted the picture for me to see and Dr. Shaw took the time walk me through the process needed to fix the problem.
I was terrified of the dentist and hadn't been to one in over a decade. I had previous bad experiences, but here at Burton Family Dental I have only had good experiences. The people are so friendly, kind and gentle. I had two teeth pulled and the next day I didn't need any pain medicine. I also came back for another extraction and two root canals and I almost fell asleep during. These people are fantastic and I feel silly for fearing the dentist for so long. Many Thanks to Burton Family Dental, you guys are the best! ❤
Very welcoming and warm when you walk through the door. The check-in receptionist was kind and made conversation to make you feel comfortable. The hygienist Kim, was amazing and very gentle. The doctor was very kind and explained the details of my treatment plan. The check out receptionist, Eva, was very thorough and took her time to book my appointments and sign my family to come in as well. Highly recommend this practice.
I hadn’t seen a dentist in over 10 years, so I was nervous. I’ve seen Kim both times now to get established and get up to speed on my dental health. She’s been amazing and made me feel at ease. She’s so much fun to talk to as well!🤍
