My friend lives there. There was a very serious rat infestation problem in the building and bed bugs. NOT MICE, RATS. Problem was not taken seriously by management.
Burt Faulkner is a typical scumbag landlord and I would not recommend anyone enter a lease agreement with him.
A place full of good people
They take such good care of the building and the people here. If there's ever an issue, they handle it right away. They keep the place clean! The workstaff is friendly and helpful. Great location, and close to so many things. Your lucky if you can live here! 5 stars isn't enough.
