I managed these through trident and their the only manament company who handled the cockroach issue, then my boss moved and it was handled through certified property management o only 8 days and the on September 15th 2023, I receive a call from Kim from Feather River Property management saying she no longer needs my services at first not introducing herself and I worked for the apartments from August 31st to September 15th and I still have not gotten paid I’ve asked for owners number and no success so my next move is to turn... read more
Lived in these apartments as a child before moving away to live with my dad. I lived in #2 with my grandma Teresa and I believe #4 also with my mom but not positive on the apartment number. It could have also been #8. It was on the left side of the “pool” all the way at the end if you are coming in from the entrance way. Oh memories....
What happened to the pool? I lived there in 1968 while stationed at Beale AFB. There were lots of AF families there and every weekend, we would cook and party by the pool.
