They refinished our white oak floors and our yellow pine kitchen floor. Unfortunately it was a bad experience - the guy who quotes is not the guy who works on your floor, nor did he oversee their work. This wouldn't be an issue if the worker did everything the right way. I think the workers meant well, but they worked part time, dragging the project out.
