We had our 2016 Ford Explorer fixed here for a motor issue. We got recommend to come to Burtis from a close friend. I did however, spoke to Miss Julie and told her the situation of the vehicle that needed to be fixed. Once we got our vehicle towed to Burtis, she made sure to update me about my vehicle issues and made sure to order the parts that we needed to get done.They ordered all the parts. Awful, rude, and clueless service advisor, avoid this place at all costs,
Called to schedule maintenance gave me "smart" answers when I asked what all services they covered. Worked there years ago so make sure they actually do the service and not just say they did.
Just over a year ago I purchased a used Ford Expedition there. I was out of state and had to have it delivered but Gloria handled everything very well and professionally. She helped with getting photos of anything I needed and with a great attitude. They also requested things necessary to be sure that it was not a scam and I'm very grateful for that. Who cleanes their vehicles does an amazing job. I'm extremely particular and the vehicle was absolutely spotless
